Born in Bogota, Colombia, and welcomed into an American military family at three, Carlos' life has been a fusion of cultures. From traversing the U.S. to spending influential years in Germany, he cultivated an appreciation for diverse perspectives. A Whitworth University alumnus with a degree in religion and philosophy, his commitment to the pursuit of truth has been unwavering. Carlos' athletic background in soccer, rugby, and track instilled values of discipline and teamwork.

After university, he delved into service-oriented roles, including inner-city missions and youth pastoring. A profound spiritual awakening in South Africa reinforced his belief in everyone's inherent purpose on Earth, which can elevate our actions and intentions.

Transitioning from the real estate sector, Carlos found his true calling in coaching. A 2007 intensive training program set him on this path, with further guidance from renowned mentors Hans Phillips and Gary John Bishop. Over the years, he's immersed himself in over ten advanced training programs to stay at the forefront of coaching techniques.

Today, Carlos is a distinguished ontological leadership coach, adept at assisting top-tier professionals. He champions a holistic approach, intertwining personal well-being, relationships, and career aspirations. His base in Spokane, Washington, with his wife Andrean and their two daughters, adds a personal dimension to his insights, ensuring a balanced perspective on work-life dynamics.
