What Clients Are Saying

Jessica is amazing! I always love her trainings. She is so engaging and provides so much insight. -The classes taught by Jessica Oladapo are always a great experience. She's a very powerful speaker, and I find her trainings worthwhile! - Many attendees told our resource team they feel more comfortable addressing unacceptable behavior and have more tools to be an upstander rather than a bystander.

Ms. Oladapo is a highly competent, engaging, and a passionate speaker and facilitator. I would recommend her as a trainer for your organizations' needs.

I am often struck by Jessica’s ability to think outside of the box. She routinely, upon identification of a concern, asks the question, “How can we address this?” She is always willing to try something new and has yet to demonstrate a desire to “stick” with a conversational or training process simply because “this is how we have always done it”. In fact, Jessica operates in quite the opposite fashion. She methodically examines the tactics of the past and works tirelessly to undo the damage that was done during the early days of social justice and diversity trainings. Her goal is to create a space of shared experience in efforts to lead towards the exploration of difference.
